O'Shaunessey was AMAZING and went out of her way to help me when my laptop died. She offered her own power cord and when it didn't fit, she went above and beyond to find a solution.
Bed was uncomfortable/room decor old.

The hotel is located in a nice area close to restaurants, Presbyterian College, and other local attractions. The room was huge and recently renovated, featuring a pull-out couch and a kitchenette. The location is very convenient, with everything within walking distance....

Convenient to the highway.
I didn't like the fact that the employees were getting breakfast at peak time when customers were trying to get their own breakfast. Also smokers were outside the door by where the elevators are, and when you walked up to take the elevator the hallway was full of smoke. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning the showers, too much mold and mildew.

They have friendly staff. Etka handle thing appropriately. Made sure we were okay at all tomestomes. Enjoyed the pool that's why we went to go swimming and it was a great experience
